Fabric Cutting Machine

The machine is designed to produce FIBC (Jumbo bags) panels of preset cut length of fabric, with a profile cut, if required. The machine has a web aligning system, pneumatic cutter movement and PLC controlled servo drives which makes it reliable and efficient. Positive grip for feed rollers by pneumatic pressure and electronic counter for batch control are provided in the machine.

Webbing (Belt) Cutting Machine

Webbing needs to be cut to required lengths to make lifting loops for the FIBCs. They need to be marked at suitable positions to improve the efficiency of bag stitching operation. The cutting and marking is done automatically through a PLC based system. Automatic counting ensures that one is able to cut in exact quantity required.

Profile Cutting Machine

Profile cutting machine is required to make baffle panels for specific requirements in FIBC (Jumbo bag) manufacturing. This is a hydraulically operated cold punch machine and can simultaneously punch the required profile in a bunch of fabric pieces. The punch dies are made to order. Waste removal system has been provided to make the machine fully automatic. One operator can handle multiple machines

FIBC Test Rig-FTR-2500

The device is capable of carrying out Top Lift Tests and Cyclic Top Lift Tests of FIBCs with single-point and multi-point suspension according to all National and International Standards in an easy, quick and accurate manner. Inbuilt granule receiver at the bottom and loader for transporting granules are provided. There is facility to program ambient temperature compensation
