Shaping the future of the raffia industry

Bridging the gap between classroom learning and shopfloor to build a future-ready raffia sector

We offer specialized courses aligned with real-world industry requirements. Our dedicated practical training facility enhances hands-on learning in machine operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. We offer structured programs tailored to meet the operational, supervisory, and technical skill requirements of the raffia industry. These include Operator Proficiency Courses, the Supervisor Development Program (SDP) for diploma and engineering graduates, and specialized training modules for Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Technicians. All programs are designed to build a skilled workforce that drives productivity, ensures quality, and meets evolving industry demands.

We design flexible, short-duration training modules (ranging from 1 to 2 weeks) tailored to the specific needs of individuals — from operators and supervisors to executives and entrepreneurs. These programs are ideal for working professionals seeking skill enhancement, first-time buyers entering the industry, or project promoters looking to understand end-to-end operations.

As part of its industry outreach, we offer customized Onsite Training Programs conducted directly at factory premises. These programs are designed to upskill working personnel without disrupting operations — focusing on real-time improvements in process efficiency, machine handling and quality control practices.

Our advanced Research Facility supports the raffia industry with specialized technical services tailored to evolving material and product needs. We assist in testing, analyzing, and optimizing formulations of raw materials, masterbatches, and additives to improve product performance and process efficiency.
