The Valvomatic series is specifically designed to convert woven tubular fabric into pillow valve bags with precision and efficiency. Featuring a patented valve-forming mechanism, this high-speed conversion line is equipped with servo and PLC-based control systems, enabling seamless production of up to 40 valve bags per minute. The machine is capable of processing both coated and uncoated fabrics, delivering bags with exceptional dimensional accuracy. Before the introduction of the Valvomatic, the production of pillow valve bags was entirely manual, requiring significant time and floor space. The Valvomatic revolutionizes this process with its automated, high-speed operation, offering a compact solution that minimizes space requirements. The resulting valve bags are an ideal packaging choice for pulverous and granular materials. This machine comes in 2 variants depending upon the size and type of the bags produced.
