Twister Winder

The LT 300 Twister is designed for producing twisted yarns ranging from 4,000 to 120,000 denier, effectively handling fibrillated and non-fibrillated slit tapes, as well as monofilament and multifilament yarns used in making twines, industrial twines, industrial fibers, baler twines, and pre-twisted yarns. It offers a wide range of twists, from 20 to 96 twists per meter, and features a mandrel suitable for producing bobbins with or without a core. Its balanced, vibration-free monoblock frame ensures a noise level below 80dB, while near-zero tenacity loss is achieved through reduced friction between the yarn and pulleys. An electrical yarn braking device maintains balloon tension, reducing yarn breakage and enhancing productivity. Additionally, the LT 300 Twister can be synchronized with a tape line and accumulator for in-line twisting, further optimizing efficiency.
